Our mission is to provide quality comprehensive dental care in a friendly, professional and comfortable environment.

What to Expect on Your First Visit

• Complete oral exam
• Full mouth set of x-rays or 4 bitewings and a panoramic film
• Full periodontal charting of your mouth
• ViziLite – oral cancer screening
• Full mouth periodontal probing
• After we finish with these steps we will go over your specific treatment and treatment plan.
• Expect this visit to take about 1 hour and 30 minutes

Examination & Treatment

Your initial visit to our office will include a welcome consultation, digital x-rays, and a comprehensive oral evaluation. We will assess for periodontal disease, oral cancer and tooth decay. We will also take a look at your existing dental work to make sure it is in proper condition. We look forward to discussing your goals for oral health and the appearance of your smile. After we have reviewed all your information we will present to you a plan of treatment and schedule you accordingly.

Insurance

We participate with Cigna, Delta Dental and Metlife, and we accept most PPO Dental plans. We are providers for Georgia Medcaid at our Alpharetta location. For routine services we submit the insurance claims to these companies and then bill our patients for any co-payments or deductibles. For all other insurance carriers we expect payment at the time of service and we will submit the insurance for our patients to be reimbursed directly.

For major restorative treatment we submit pre-determinations to the insurance company and the patients are offered a payment plan with our office.
